Support For Swansea’s Homeless Continues
Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors have been supporting The Rucksack Appeal Swansea for over 7 years and we are proud to continue our support by contributing to their Summer campaign.
Coordinated by Paula Stockley (who founded the appeal), the initiative aims to provide Rucksacks filled with essential items to hand out to anyone who finds themselves homeless or rough-sleeping in the City.
The bags contain essential items to help in the hot weather such as sun cream, deodorant, shower gel, wet wipes and are available from Matts Place and other locations around the City.
“We started putting together rucksacks to help the homeless over the Christmas period in 2016,’ said Paula, “and since then, we have provided
approximately 50 winter rucksacks and 60 summer rucksacks, filled with essential items for homeless & rough sleepers every summer and winter.”
Senior Partner Peter Lynn commented, “Paula first approached us to donate to the appeal in 2017, and I am proud to say, we have continued to donate to this extremely worthwhile cause every year since.”
