Katherine joined the Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors as a consultant at the start of January 2025 and is based at their SA1 office, specialising in all aspects of divorce and family law.
She began her education at Oakleigh House School in Swansea and then went on to board at Malvern Girls’ College and Blundell’s School. After completing a Masters degree in Social Anthropology at Edinburgh University in 1991 she completed the CPE law conversion course and then the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London.
She trained and spent the first 13 years of her career at the renowned firm Mishcon de Reya in London, becoming a partner in the family department in 2003. She returned to Swansea in 2010 to work alongside her father at Hughes Griffiths Partnership.
Her experience covers all aspects of matrimonial, children and cohabitation law and she often deals with complex cases and those which involve international jurisdictions.
She describes herself as firm but fair.
Away from the office, Katherine enjoys cooking and entertaining and was once a contestant on Come Dine with Me.
