Charlotte Hewins has over 10-years experience in residential conveyancing and is based at our Mumbles office, covering SA2, SA3 and Gower.

As head of the Mumbles team, Charlotte specialises in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, purchase of land, new build and buy-to-let properties.

In her spare time, Charlotte is passionate about travelling, yoga, reading and also enjoys running having recently completed a half marathon for charity.
