Our People

Ashley joined the firm in 2024 and is a Commercial Property Solicitor based in our SA1 office.

She graduated from Swansea University with a LLB in Law and then completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC), also at Swansea University.

Previous roles in other firms include being a Residential Property Solicitor in a local Llanelli firm, then a Residential Property Solicitor in a large Swansea firm, and then specialised in Commercial Property Solicitor in a Cardiff-based firm.

Ashley's areas of expertise include:
► Commercial property sales, purchases and re-financing
► Commercial property leases, licences, assignments and underletting, option agreements and overage agreements,
► Secured lending (acting for lenders and investors alike),
► Compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) and acquisitions of land, having previously acted for the likes of Welsh Government and local authorities.

Originally from Morriston, Ashley lives in Swansea and enjoys badminton, running and singing, and is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
