Earlier this year, Peter Lynn and Partners Solicitors lent their support to a local fundraising team who were taking part in the “All Roads Lead to Rome” cycling challenge to raise much-needed funds for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.

“LLandelwedd,” a team made up of cyclists from Llandeilo RFC and Builth RFC, set off from Calais on 5th March, cycling 1200 miles over 4 days, raising an incredible £20,000 for the Doddie Weir Foundation charity which raises funds to find a cure for motor neuron disease.

To celebrate their achievement, the team held an evening at Llandeilo Rugby Club where partner Catrin Stephens was presented with a commemorative T-shirt as a thank-you for the firm’s contribution.

“To cycle that distance in such a short period of time was truly phenomenal,” said Catrin, “and I am proud that our firm played a small part in helping the team hit raise so much for such a fantastic charity.”
