Law Firm Expands Valley’s Litigation Team
One of Swansea’s largest law firms has expanded its Pontardawe office with the addition of two leading litigation solicitors.
Neil Jacobi and Adrian Jeremiah have transferred from the SA1 and Morriston offices respectively, in order to meet a growing demand for litigation services in the Swansea Valley and surrounding areas.
Based primarily at the Pontardawe office, Neil and Adrian will work with individuals and businesses across Clydach, Neath, Ystalyfera, Brynamman, Seven Sisters and the surrounding areas, as well as dedicating time at the firm’s Ystradgynlais office.
“It’s a great boost to our existing team in Pontardawe to have both Neil and Adrian on site,” said partner and head of the Swansea Valley area Richard Howe, “especially as we have seen a noticeable increase in the demand for litigation services in the region.”
As an expert in civil litigation, Neil has a particular interest in agricultural issues having previously owned and run a small farm just outside Pontardawe.
He deals with a variety of claims in this sector including land, wills, probate and inheritance disputes, and specialises in disputes concerning public rights of way, common land and manorial rights.
“Neil’s insight into the agricultural community is invaluable,” said Mr Howe, “and his knowledge of inheritance disputes is second to none as we deal with an influx of litigation cases relating to Wills and probate matters.”
Alongside Neil, Adrian Jeremiah brings extensive commercial litigation experience, having worked on cases with organisations such as Jaguar Land Rover and many other high profile brands. His areas of expertise include insolvency disputes for businesses, shareholder disputes as well as insurance claim disputes.
Neil and Adrian will work alongside Richard Howe, who has many years’ experience in all areas of litigation work with a particular interest in personal injury claims.
